Many books about using the Law of Attraction to manifest positive changes in one's life leave
out the critical step of attaining a state of physical, mental and spiritual balance first. After
establishing a state of balance, it is then much easier to recognize inspiration, formulate an
intent, and then to recognize and take the proper action to manifest the inspired intent into
something experienced on physical, mental, or spiritual levels (or any combination thereof).

The book is divided into two parts. In Part 1 we help the reader to identify those things in our
lives that are draining our energy, causing the imbalance, and show the way to correct them.
